Rob - Tyne & Wear Franchise

"I have had bad experiences with other large franchises but No Gears are in a different league...they are a great team to work with." More

John - Sheffield Franchise

"All of the groundwork and research is done before trying to recruit for a certain area ensuring that there is enough business for the new instructors" More

Ruislip Franchise Comments

Barry - Ruislip Franchise

Barry has been an instructor since 2002 and joined No Gears in October 2010 having had franchises with ACN and 1st Choice in the past. He became an independent instructor but became disallusioned with the manual market because of a lack of work.
" I saw the advert in the local paper and was interested by the phrase "niche market" I felt the automatic market was relatively untapped with huge potential. The no cost start up option was really important because you have to have a sound foundation with money in the bank to prepare for the road ahead"

"I have found No Gears to be very professional with a proven and sustainable track record. The work is readily available and the weekly franchise fee very reasonable. The owners are not aloof and are always contactable for any help or advice. The bottom line is that that the work is there so that I can earn a good living year in, year out and not worry where the next pound is coming from."

"In 2010 I had an inkling that I had joined a good company. Over the last 8 years I have seen No Gears grow from strength to strength. Now in 2018 I know I made the right choice - I joined not just a good company but a great company!."

Jon Paul - Slough Franchise

" The no cost start up package was extremely important to me as I had a bad experience with a previous franchise..." More

Robert - Leicester Franchise

"My work levels have never been so high since I joined No Gears. I often have to turn work away or put them on a waiting list" More
