As an established Automatic Driving School in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Middlesex and Norfolk we have developed relationships over the years with many local manual only driving schools who have passed our name on to any of their pupils who have had continuing problems mastering the use of clutch and gear selection and have ultimately recommend that they switch to automatic.
In addition we found that we were also getting enquiries from potential pupils who had previously telephoned these manual driving schools to enquire about automatic driving lessons and had been recommended to contact us.
This prompted us to set up a pupil referral commision scheme as a way of thanking these manual driving schools for taking the time and effort to recommend our automatic driving school.
We have many manual instructors who earn enough from this scheme to pay for their car insurance every year! In the current economic climate every little bit of extra income helps!
How does the Pupil Referral Commision Scheme work?
For every pupil who you recommend to No Gears who books and pays for a lesson, we currently pay you a referral commission of £15. Simply tell the pupil to mention your name when booking their lesson and we will give them a £5 discount on their first lesson. This ensures that they pass on your name when they first contact us so we know who referred them to us in the first place - its as simple as that!
