St Albans Franchise Comments

Ryan - St Albans & Hemel Hempstead Franchise

Ryan has been an ADI for 5 years and joined No Gears in May 2015. He initially went on his own but quickly realised that despite his best efforts, business was not taking off as he had hoped. He discussed this with his ADI instructor who recommended No Gears as a good franchise that supports their franchises very well.
"I was an independent for a year before realising that I had to change something. I approached No Gears simply because my ADI instructor gave them a glowing reference. It seemed to me that manual cars will eventually be phased out so I did not see much long term prospect in pursuing a manual career. Also the advantage of going automatic is that it is less stressfull, less wear and tear due to not having a clutch, and with the hybrid option much better fuel economy. It wont be long before petrol and diesel only engines will be phased out anyway.

The franchise subsidy was very important as it allowed me to build up savings so I didnt feel like my head was constantly only just above the waterline. No Gears are always able to provide me with new pupils when required which for me is the most important aspect. If I have to rely on finding my own pupils, I may as well choose a different career! Since I joined No Gears business has been booming - simple as that.

Jon Paul - Slough Franchise

" The no cost start up package was extremely important to me as I had a bad experience with a previous franchise..." More

Robert - Leicester Franchise

"My work levels have never been so high since I joined No Gears. I often have to turn work away or put them on a waiting list" More
