Help with the transition from Manual to Automatic
Many of our franchise instructors have moved across from manual instruction, attracted by increased demand and higher lesson prices. However, we understand it can be challenging timing this transition, particulalry where you still have manual pupils, lessons to fulfil, and require a continuity of income.
To help, we can facilitate the loan of an Automatic dual control car, complete with NOGEARS livery and inclusive of insurance, maintenance, routine servicing and full breakdown assistance. This allows you to start, and build your Automatic business, whilst still offering manual lessons, allowing you to make the transition, as your Automatic diary builds. No cost start-up
Prior to awarding a NOGEARS franchise, your area will have been fully researched to ensure it meets our operating requirements. Therefore, having done all our homework, we are confident to invest in you and your business without the need to charge a joining fee or launch marketing contribution.
No franchise fee during initial pupil build-up
In addition to the risk free, no cost start-up, there is no franchise fee charged during your initial pupil build-up, so that you can start earning revenue, before your franchise fee begins.
Franchise fee holidays
We all need a break, especially driving instructors! NOGEARS offer a 4-week franchise fee holiday in each calendar year, applied pro-rata in your first year.
