Rob - Tyne & Wear Franchise

"I have had bad experiences with other large franchises but No Gears are in a different league...they are a great team to work with." More

John - Sheffield Franchise

"All of the groundwork and research is done before trying to recruit for a certain area ensuring that there is enough business for the new instructors" More

Hemel Hempstead Franchise

Adam - Hemel Hempstead Franchise

Adam has been an ADI for 22 years and joined No Gears in May 2017. He was looking for a change as he had got to a stage where he didnt like being an independent and decided to look for somthing different. Automatic appealed to him as he thought it would be a less stressful way for teaching and with the added bonus that pupils had a more realistic timeline for passing their test.
"I thought there was less automatic instructors around, therefore less competition, with the added bonus that most instructors seemed reluctant to change to automatic anytime soon! I liked the way its a family run company that actually has someone you can talk to, if needs be, not a faceless person in a call centre telling you the computer says "no".

The no cost start up was very important to me as well as I felt there was no risk to me as No Gears pay the initial pupil build up costs. I like the way I am given work when I need it and left alone the rest of the time. I get great support from the office when I need it. Also my area doesnt seem flooded with other No Gears franchises unlike the bigger national companies who can have up to 50 instructors covering the same area."

Jon Paul - Slough Franchise

" The no cost start up package was extremely important to me as I had a bad experience with a previous franchise..." More

Robert - Leicester Franchise

"My work levels have never been so high since I joined No Gears. I often have to turn work away or put them on a waiting list" More
