Masood has been an instructor for 24 years and joined No Gears in October 2013. He previously had manual franchises with BSM and Walkers, a local driving school, and been an independent instructor before he moved to Hertfordshire. Masood had noticed a gradual decline in his area over the years in the manual market and began looking for another opportunity.
