Jim has been an ADI for 18 years and Joined No Gears in June 2018. He had been an independent for many years but was always worried about work coming in and decided to take on a manual franchise with Drive Dynamics. Unfortunately it wasnt a good move for him so he decided that he needed a change and thought about automatic as a different option.
"Once I had decided that automatic was the forward for me I was thinking of joining the "big boys" but when I considered how Drive Dynamics had not only treated me badly but also really abused the trust of my pupils, I did some more research and found No Gears. When No Gears offered me a no cost start up option it was a great help to me and made me believe that I was taking the right step forward.
"I like everything about the company. They made me feel very welcome whan I started and I felt part of the team. It is far superior in every way in comparision to Drive Dynamics as its a company that listens to their franchises. If you are like me and thinking about changing franchises but have that worried feeling it wont work out, then relax because this is a great franchise."
