Steve has been an instructor for 28 years and joined No Gears in February 2012. He has had various franchises within the London city area with the AA, Holborn SOM and Suburbs SOM. Having seen a decline in the number of new pupils being offered by his previous franchise he decided to look for a new opportunity closer to where he lives in Welwyn GC.
