Bill has been an instructor since 2005 and joined No Gears in June 2013. He has worked for a variety of manual franchises in the past, including Bell & Ignition but found that increased competition in the manual market was making it difficult to attract enough pupils to make a decent living.

It was time for me to look for something else and I had seen No Gears cars around and thought that the automatic market might be a good option for me. I met Sarah and Dave to discuss moving to No Gears and find out more about the automatic market and the amount of pupils that would be available to me. They assured me that they would keep me busy. I decided to give it a chance as they seemed very genuine and well organised."
